Fantastic and friendly Support - really great hosting company!

Rachel Davies helped me with my database problem patiently and quickly. Would not hesitate to ask for help from Webhost.

Quite a good webhosting company. I've used them for more than 4 years now and i stay with them because I'm satisfied by their support. George Shaw in their support team has just helped me nicely out of a mess I got in when I dislocated my important files. Together we figured out how and what to restore. And now my weblog is back online for visitors. I'll highly recommend WebhostUK to other people.

Always on hand to sort any issues or queries - can't fault the level of service or the speed of technical assistance. In particularly George Shaw has been of great help the last few times.

I have recently moved to WebHost as a host for my client's websites. Two of the main issues with my previous host (1and1) were the slow response times and the somewhat cumbersome client portal that hasn't seen major upgrades over the last 9 years. Although 1and1 has been fairly solid, they have also grown too big and as a result struggle with customer services (even for business users). I noticed that the US i-Page has similar problems after a quick trial this month (I did get my money back). So far WebHost has answered all my questions and solved every single issue (even small ones) immediately ... that builds trust. I can get on with my work without having to wait days for answers and having to explain this to anxious clients. cPanel is a wonderful tool once you find your way and prices at WebHost are also very acceptable for a small business. Give them a whirl and find out for yourself.

Very good support staff dealing with software/ domain issues quickly and thoroughly. A problem that I had and could not solve myself was fixed within 30mins by George Shaw and his team.

I have used WebHost.uk for 3 years now. The reseller account has excellent functionality through cpanel / whm. I have found the online chat technical support to be second to none on a few occasions now when I have needed it, and extremely prompt, Thanks!

These guys respond to your every problem and not only provide answers but actually dig in behind the scenes and set things up for you there an then making things much more convenient. Great service!

Webhost are amazing, the rates are very good, but the one thing that makes them the best is the technical support, truly outstanding. Every contact i have made with Webhost has been answered and in a timely manner, they will give you advice on the most basic questions to the more complicated issues without making you feel stupid or bothersome. Don't look anywhere else, you wont find better !!!

I have been using Webhost for 3 years. They provided me low cost but excellent and fast services. I would highly recommend it to anyone who runs a business.

In my experience the past week, with neverending problems with my name servers (at registrar end), they were always available (all night through it seemed). They responded instantly, found solutions quickly and professionally, and were always polite even when i wasn't... Yes, I will recommend Webhost, they are always there for you.

Received great support in transfer of site to new webhosting. At first, I felt weary of "livechat" support... but i experienced clear, prompt and precise help from support team. Oh, and of course I knew very little about webhosting. So thank you again. 4 stars and not 5... because I now need to experience the uptime of hosting etc.

Very good company and the support staff are quick and easy to communicate with. I have several sites with them and they look after me really well. (Especially George Shaw). Thanks for your help with security rules.
